New Utility Programs

30th Sept. 1998 New and updated utility programs are now available. For users who have previously downloaded ASAD version 2.0 or older versions, you can retrieve a separate compress Unix tarfile containing just the new utils subdirectory. You do not need to retrieve this if you are going to download the entire package again.

The new utility programs are:

  • checkrate.f : Format and syntax checker for ASAD ratefile format.
  • degrade.f : Will take an input molecule and print out all the reactions and products for that molecule. Useful for finding the degradation of complex molecules.

If anyone has problems with the new utilities (or any of the others), or has problems downloading this separate tarfile, please contact me.
